Salmon Lasagna:
Fresh Salmon fillets cut into paper thin strips. Cooked lasagna noodles. Make or buy a
fish stock, add this to a basic white sauce, flavored with your choice of dry white wines,
and add a teaspoon of fennel seeds. Layer the salmon and lasagna noodles as you would
a conventional meat lasagna, coating each layer with a bit of white sauce. Top the final
layer with white sauce and bake. The fennel will come through and give you a
delightful tasting dish. Sorry, I don't have quanities. I do it all by eye and taste
