Subj: Wayne's Greek Scampi

1/2 Cup Olive oil
3-5 cloves fresh garlic(Crushed)
1 Teaspoon dill
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup white wine
1-1.5Lbs of peeled and deveined medium or large shrimp.
1 Lb pasta of your choice. (usually Linguini)
Bring your water to a boil. Add about 1 teaspoon
of olive oil to the water.
In a frying pan over medium heat combine the olive
oil, butter and garlic.
Throw your pasta in.
As soon as the butter is melted add the dill and
wine. Start to add the shrimp now.
They will cook very quickly. due to the size of most
pans, you will probably have to cook
them in two or three batches. The pasta and the shrimp
should finish almost
simultaneously.
You can mix up the Shrimp and sauce with the pasta,
or serve the shrimp over the
pasta.
Serves 4-6. ENJOY!
