Subj: Cheddar Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. quick oatmeal (uncooked)
3/4 c. catsup (or BBQ sauce)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
2 tsp. prepared mustard (not with BBQ sauce)
1 tsp. basil leaves crushed
1 tsp. salt
Combine meat, 1 cup of cheese, oats 1/2 catsup (bbq sauce), onion, egg, mustard,
salt, and basil: mix well. Shape to frorm 6 inch round ball. Press well together. Place in
a 7 inch square pan. Spoon remaining catsup (BBQ sauce) over top of loaf. Bake 50
minutes. Srinkle remaining cheese over top of loaf. Bake additional 10 minutes or
until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
