Subj: Parmesigan Chicken

YOU WILL NEED:
1 PKG OF BONELESS/SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
1PKG LINGUINI
1 JAR SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 PKG SHREDDED MOZZERRELA
1 PKG PARMESEAN CHEESE
1 CAN MUSHROOMS (OPTIONAL)
2 EGGS
1 CAN ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
TO PREPARE:
Beat eggs in a small bowl. Dip chicken breasts into
egg then roll in
the italian bread crumbs. Heat skillet on medium heat
and brown
the chicken in a little bit of oil. Meanwhile boil
water for the
linguini, cook as instructed. In a decent size casserole
dish layer
the bottom with the linguini, then single layer the
chicken
breasts, sprinkle on some of the parmesean cheese, and
pour the
spaghetti sauce and mushrooms over the top. Lastly
sprinkle
mozzerella and parmesean cheese over the top. Cook
in oven at 325
degree's and bake for atleast 40 minutes.
It's delicious and addicting.
