ITALIAN CHICKEN, TOMATO AND BREAD SALAD

4 large ripe tomatoes, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
4 grilled chicken-breast halves, cut in strips
1 loaf Italian bread (about 12 ounces), cut into 1/2-inch
cubes
1 cup loosely packed basil, cut in thin strips
1/2 cup bottled fat-free Italian dressing
1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
Mix all ingredients in large serving bowl. Let stand
30 minutes for flavors to blend, or
refrigerate up to 6 hours.
