Subj:  Dee's Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This is not exactly a casserole, but its quick, easy and tasty.

2 to 3 cups boned, cooked, diced chicken (from 1 chicken)
2 small cans diced chili peppers
1 onion diced (sauted in margarine if desired) or raw
2 cans cream of chicken soup
       Mix the above ingredients well.  Spoon into
12 med. flour tortillas
       Place in greased baking dish.  Top with:
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded cheddar 

        Baked 350 till hot & cheese is melted or microwave.
       Garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced green onion, sour cream,
guacamole, salsa or your favorite.
