Casarolo Macho

A "Man's" dish.  Everybody loves it, but men expecially.  Great summer or winter.

                        Cooking spray
1#                    Ground beef, lean
2          cl         Garlic, crushed
2           t          Salt
2           t          Sugar
2  8oz  Cans      Tomato Sauce
1           C          Sour Cream
1  8oz  Pkg        Cream Cheese, softened
6                       Green Onions, minced
1  8oz   Pkg       Noodles, cooked and drained
1            C         Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown beef with garlic.  Add salt, sugar and tomato sauce and simmer.  Combine Sour
Cream, Cream Cheese, and Onion.  Spray 2-3 qt. casserole.  Put 1/2 of the noodles and
1/2 of the tomato sauce in bottom.  Layer with Sour Cream mixture.  Top with
remaining noodles, the tomato sauce.  Bake as above.
