Subj:  Mary's easy meatloaf

1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 cup onion (cut up)
1 cup Stove Top Stuffing, cornbread
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Mix ground beef, eggs, onion, & Stuffing.  Put into loaf pan.  Pour 
undiluted Cream of Mushroom soup on top.  Bake for one hour.  
Serves 4.
