Subj:  Dad's Unique Meat Loaf

1 3/4# Meat Loaf Mix-1/3 ea. beef  veal and pork
1/3 C. Oatmeat
1/3 C. Bread Crumbs
1 Lg Egg
3/4 C. Your favorite Salsa
3/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp. Fortners #75 Spice
1 tsp parsley 
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 cloves garlic crushed.

I mix all dry ingredients and liquid together in my 
food processor.  Then add meat
mixture to processor bowl and blend.  This makes a nice 
firm easy to slice meat loaf that
holds its shape. Bake until meat thermometer inserted 
in center of  loaf registers 170 F. 
Fortners spices are available by mail order and can 
sometimes be found at the local
Home and Garden Shows. I have misplaced their mailing 
address.  They are located in
Wisconsin.  You could substitute your favorite spices 
i.e. Thyme Rosemary etc.
