Baked Yams (Camotes al Horno)

Ingredients:
* 6 small yams
* 1 stick of margarine
* sugar or honey as desired
Procedure:
1. Boil the yams. Make down the middle of each yam and put in a piece of
margarine.
2. Bake on low fire until golden. Serve with more margarine and honey or
sugar.
