Whole Grain Rice with Milk (Arroz Integral con Leche)

Ingredients:
* 1 cup of rice
* 4 cups of milk
* 1 stick of cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
* 1 cup of sugar
* 2 tablespoons of raisins
Procedure:
1. Soak the rice in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and cook it on low fire
in two cups of milk and a cinnamon stick. When cooked, add the rest of the
milk and the vanilla and stir occasionally.
2. When thickened, remove from heat and empty on to a platter. Garnish with
raisins. Refrigerate. (You may also put it in the oven with a piece of
butter until toasted golden and serve hot.)
