Subj: Chunky Garden Gazpacho

OK, OK, I realize that summer is almost over, but I
have a great recipe for gazpacho.
It's great any time of the year.
1 15 -ounce can tomato sauce (1 1/2 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 medium size tomato, cut into cubes
1 medium size green pepper, chopped
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 scallion, chopped
1/2 cucumber, seeded & chopped
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce,
olive oil, vinegar, and honey.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve chilled . (4-6
servings)
