Subj: Pretzel Salad

1st. layer
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 stick margarine melted
2 tabs sugar
Mix together & press in 13x9 dish for crust Bake
10 min. On 375 F & let cool.
2nd. layer
1 cup sugar
8oz. cream cheese room temp
1 small container of cool whip
Beat well with spoon & spread on crust.
3rd. layer
2 small packs of strawberry-banana jello
2 cups of pineapple juice (heated)
dissolve with jello
2 (10 oz.) cartons of frozen strawberries
Mix & pour on top.
Refrigerate until firm.
Make sure cool whip is room temp in order to spread
easy.
