Chicken Caser Salad       
3 tb Olive oil
      2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
      2 tb Lemon juice
      1 tb Water
      1 tb Light sour cream
      1 ts White Worcestershire sauce
      1 ts Dijon mustard
    1/2 ts Anchovy paste or salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 cl Garlic, minced
      4 c  Torn romaine lettuce
      1 c  Sliced fresh mushrooms
  1 1/2 c  Shredded cooked chicken
  In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; 
blend well. In a
  large salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients; mix 
well. Add
  dressing toss to coat, and serve immediately.
  Makes 6 (1 1/2 cup) servings
