Subj: A Different Hot Chocolate

I thought that instead of sharing my favorite chocolate recipe, I would share my most
unusual chocolate recipe, so here goes.
Puerto Rican Hot Chocolate
Bar of Chocolate
Milk
Queso Holandes (Cheese from Holland, try a Hispanic foods store)
Chop Cheese into small pieces
Heat Milk
Scrape Chocolate into Milk
Stir
Simmer over low flame for two minutes
Add Cheese, simmer and stir for one minute
Serve and enjoy.
My favorite chocolate to use is Valhrona. It's expensive but worth it. I am researching a
more commonly available cheese and will post it as soon as I find it.
