Subj: Oysters with Brie and Bacon

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz. bacon
2 oz. Brie, room temperature
1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tabasco
2 or 3 doz. oysters
Cook bacon until crisp. Place in food processor and
finely chop. Add remaining
ingredients except for oysters and process until smooth.
Open oysters and remove meat.
(purchased "shells" are fine if using packaged
oysters.) Place oyster meat in clean shell
on a sheet pan. Spoon 1 heaping tbs. of sauce over
each oyster.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
