Subj: Hashbrowns in Casserole (the greatest potatoes ever)

HASHBROWNS IN CASSEROLE
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 C. finely chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 C. melted margerine
1 pint sour cream
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 C. crushed corn flakes
2 lb. frozensliver hashbrowns
Thaw potatoes. Combine sour cream, soup, onion, salt and peeper. Spread in greased 9
X 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Mix corn flakes with margerine and sprinkle
over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
