Lowfat Marble Brownies
adapted from a recipe from Philly Free Cream Cheese


1 20 1/2 oz. package of Lite brownie mix
1 8 oz package fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 C sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1  cup semi sweet chocolate morsels

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Beat
cream cheese with sugar and flour until well blended. Add egg and vanilla and mix
well. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and sprinkle with half of
the chips. Cut through the batter with a knife until a swirled effect is achieved and chips
are beneath surface of batter. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of batter and bake at 350
for 35-40 minutes or until the cream cheese mixture is browned. Remove and cool on
rack before cutting into 36 squares.
