Subj: Spicecake

This has got to be one of the best cakes ever. Please to not substitute anything and you
will have perfect results. First thing preheat your oven to 350 degrees if your oven is
cooking on the high side preheat to around 340. Mix all dry ingredients with a fork.
Separately mix all wet ingredients with electric mixer in a large bowl. Slowly add dry
ingredients to wet. Once everything is together mix on medium for 3 minutes. Spray a
bundt pan(must be a bundt pan)with PAM or a non stick spray. Pour mix into bundt and
cook for 55 minutes, DO NOT OVER COOK or you will be sorry. Sometimes I'll pull it
out at 54 minutes.
DRY INGREDIENTS
2 cups self rising flour(must be self rising)
2 cups sugar(must be white sugar)
1 tsp each:
Allspice
Nutmeg
Cinnamin
WET INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
2 small jars baby food prunes
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup crisco (must be crisco or cake will fall)
