* Cut 1" to 3" patches from assorted rice papers to cover a
hurricane-lamp candle holder. Working in sections, brush Royal Coat
Decoupage Finish (by Plaid, from crafts store) on the outside of the
glass. Smooth papers onto the wet glue, overlapping edges. Let dry.
