Subj: Macaroni & cheese Gerkovich
This is Grandmom Gerkovich's mac. & cheese recipe.
1/4 C. Veg. oil
1 lb. large elbow macaroni
1 12 oz. can campbells tomato soup
1 sm. onion (chopped very fine)
12 oz. velveeta cheese
1/4 C. milk
cook pasta until tender.
In a large frying pan, saute onion until transparent. add soup and cheese. after melted
add milk until creamy, pour over drained pasta. and pig out!!!!!
makes approx. 8 servings. NOTE: For creamier sauce substitute margarine for oil.
