Here are a few tips to enhance your  mac & cheese.   Instead of milk, I like to use heavy 
cream .   I  also  add velveta (hope I spelled it right) in addition to any other cheeses you
like to use.  (I like extra sharp cheddar and jack) 
Make  a cheese sauce  on top of the stove and pour it over your macaroni then bake it as
usual.
I guarantee this will be the best mac & cheese you've ever eaten!!
