Subj: Halibut From: Strmarlin For halibut: Make paste from mayonnaise, parmesan cheese (grated) and garlic powder. Dip halibut filets in melted lemon butter, both sides, and place in a foil lined, deep baking pan. Cover top of filets with mayo/parm./garlic paste. Cover with foil to poach over covered barbecue. Make enough paste to cover amply. Serve with rice or noodles and asparagus on the side. |
