Subj: Quick Chicken & Pasta
From: JennaKill

I don't usually measure things when I cook, so these are pretty arbitrary; use what you
think looks right.

1 lb boneless chicken breast
2 small green peppers
2 small red peppers
1 large onion
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs hot oil or chili oil
1 tsp each: cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, crushed red pepper, white pepper,
oregano

Cube chicken and dice vegetables. In a large round-bottomed pan or a wok, combine oils
and spices. When oil is hot, add chicken and saute until white. Add vegetables, and
saute, stirring occasionally, until limp. Toss mixture with one pound cooked pasta (I use
penne or ziti rigati). Quick, easy, great for two people, and sometimes there are leftovers.
You can make it as hot as you like.
