Subj: Chicken Curry
6 chicken breasts skinned and bonned
2 cans cream od chicken soup
1 1/3 cups mayonaise
2/3 cup evaporated milk (sm. can)
1 cup grated cheese
2 teaspoons to 1 Tablespoon curry powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
White pepper to taste
garlic powder 1 teaspoon or more
Bake chicken in oven for 25 minutes, cut into strips
Place chicken in bottom of baking dish 9x12"
mix all ingredients in a separate bowl
Pour mixture over the chicken
Top with bread crumbs
Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Check to make sure center is hot.
Serve over steamed rice. Enjoy!
