Subj:  Basil Chicken

4-6 skinned and deboned chicken breast
1 cup milk
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup butter
1/2 t. chicken boullion
1/2 cup water
1 cup heavy whipping cream 
1 t. basil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 t. pepper

Melt butter in skillet.  Dip breasts in milk and then 
coat with bread crumbs.  Cook the
breasts on both sides until done.  Put in an oven proof 
casserole dish and keep warm
while the sauce is prepared.  In the same skillet, add 
chicken boullion and water, bring
to a boil.  Add heavy whipping cream and let thicken, 
stirring constantly.  Add basil,
cheese and pepper.  Pour over chicken. 

This dish is wonderful with creamed potatoes!!!  ENJOY!!!!
