                  Don's Quick Beef Stroganoff & Noodles

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   1      lb            ground meat
   3      cloves        garlic -- minced
   1      cup           sour cream
   2      tablespoons   ketchup
   1      can           mushroom soup
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      ground red pepper
   1      tablespoon    butter or oleo -- melted
   1      tablespoon    worcestershire sauce
   1      medium        onion -- chopped
   1      half cup      fresh mushrooms -- chopped
                        Vegetable oil
   1      pound         noodles
   3      tablespoons   instant beef bouillon or cubes

Put pot on to boil for one pound of noodles, add salt to water. When water is boiling,
turn fire down to simmer. Then..........
Lightly brown meat in oil in heavy frying pan. Drain oil out of meat and add onion and
garlic. Fry and stir till onion is soft. Add soup, ketchup, sour cream, mushrooms, and
worcestershire sauce. Simmer and stir untill soup is completely desolved in mixture. Be
carefull, it will easily stick to bottom.
ADD NOODLES TO WATER, SET TIMER AND COOK AS DIRECTED
Continue simmering and stiring soup mixture for five minutes or more. Add more salt
and pepper to taste. When noodles are cooked, drain well and return to pot. 
Add soup mixture to noodles in pot, stir well and serve.

NOTES : Add salt, pepper, and bouillon till you like the taste of soup mixture.
