Shrimp Soup  (Caldo de Camarón)

Ingredients:

   * 3.5 oz. dry shrimp
   * 2 carrots coarsely chopped
   * 10 small potatoes diced
   * 2 laurel leaves
   * serrano chili and red pepper as desired

Procedure:

1. Clean and rinse shrimp to get rid of the saltiness.

2. Boil shrimp and potatoes in a pot for approximately 10 minutes. Add
carrots, chili and laurel. When the vegetables are tender, add red pepper.
It is not necessary to add salt.
