Subj: Desert recipe request BABAJOJ
1/2C brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2C white rum
6 to 8 bananas
1/2t ground cinnamon
1/4C banana liqueur
8 scoops gourmet vanilla ice cream
In a lrg. skillet, melt butter. Add brown sugar +2T
of rum. Stir over low heat till melted.
Peel bananas, cut in half lenghtwise and add to pan
and baste with hot syrup. Srpinkle
with cinnamon; add remaining rum.
Ignite the sauce. Baste bananas untill flames go out.
Serve over the ice cream.
Flambe' it in front of your guests, they'll love
to watch but, love the taste even more.
