I found it...one of my favorites, too!
2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust (9 in.) ...or make your own
3 tablespoons red raspberry preserves
MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer till well blended.
Add eggs; mix until blended.
POUR into crust. dot top of cheesecake with preserves. cut through batter with knife
several times for marble effect.
BAKE at 350 for 40 minutes or till center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or
overnight. Garnish with COOL WHIP and reapberries.
NOTE: Try this, called "Peaches and Cream"...substitute 1/4 cup peach preserves for
