Subj:  Old Fashioned Hot Chocolate

My mother taught me this and she got it from her mother, I guess that makes it old
fashioned.

1 tbs.  Cocoa powder
3 tbs. sugar
Mix together in mug.  Fill mug 2/3 up with  hot, not necessarily boiling, water.   Fill rest
of mug with evaporated milk/cream.  Stir.  Add sugar and marshmallows to taste.
